Sales Designer Consultant
About The Position
Closets by Design is seeking a creative and communicative "people person" to join their team as a Sales Designer Consultant. In this role, you will help clients organize their homes by designing custom closet and home organization systems. The position offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments close to your home. Comprehensive sales and design training are provided, making prior experience unnecessary. The company is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, designing, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, and garage cabinetry. They have built a reputation for integrity, customer service, and customer satisfaction over 40 years in business.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
- Coachable candidates.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
