Sales & Design Coordinator - Residential Construction
About The Position
Red Leaf is seeking a Sales & Design Coordinator - Residential Construction professional to guide clients through the full lifecycle of their project -- from initial engagement through construction completion. This role blends residential construction sales, client success, and project coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are clearly defined, well-coordinated, and delivered to Red Leaf's high standards. This position is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong construction knowledge, design experience, and the ability to manage expectations, budgets, and relationships. You will work closely with the design team, project manager, construction crews, and office staff to deliver a seamless, high-end client experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction sales, project management, or customer success required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Professional, client-focused, and aligned with Red Leaf's values
- All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pool, landscape, or hardscape construction strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the construction team, providing the highest level of service to Red Leaf clients throughout both the design build phases of their project.
- Ensure Red Leaf delivers on its commitments by anticipating and resolving issues while upholding company standards and maintaining clear, professional communication.
- Protect the project's integrity by reinforcing agreed-upon scopes, timelines, and deliverables with the client and bridging the gap with the construction and finance teams to adjust the project scope and budget as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and coordinate with the Project Manager on schedules and budgets.
- Support material and finish selections with the design team.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Track project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
