About The Position

Closet Factory, Indianapolis is seeking experienced salespeople with an interest in home organization. Closet Factory is a custom storage solution authority that designs, manufactures, sells, and installs custom closets, home offices, garage cabinetry and flooring, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, laundry rooms, wine rooms, wall beds, and more. We are looking for Sales/Design Associates who are dedicated, creative, and committed to excellence and professional success. Our sales territory covers Indianapolis and all surrounding counties. With our comprehensive training program, those committed to the process will achieve substantial financial success and independence. This is a commission-only position with unlimited income potential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, consumer sales experience, be detail-oriented with an interest in design and space planning, and be able to work independently and in teams. Developing long-term client relationships and soliciting referrals is key. Effective networking to develop independent leads and building a client portfolio is also important. Candidates must live within the specified territory and be able to commute to the home office 1-4 times per month. In-home sales experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training, marketing materials, sample materials, and professional mentorship. You will work directly with the sales manager and co-owners. There is no cold calling; qualified leads will be provided. Potential customers are expecting your call. You will set appointments, meet clients in their homes, create designs, price them, and close the deal. The role involves designing custom closets, home offices, libraries, wall beds, entertainment centers, pantry and wine storage, craft rooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, garage storage, workbenches, and wall units. You will work from home and set your own flexible schedule. After paid training, you will work remotely, coming into the office only once a month for sales meetings or one-on-one's with your manager. Requirements

  • Experienced salespeople with an interest in home organization.

Responsibilities
