Requirements

High school diploma
At least one year of customer-facing experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to move comfortably between the showroom and outdoor displays

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the design and customization process to create outdoor playsets that fit their family's needs, space, and budget.
Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional service through the showroom, phone calls, email, website chat, and special events.
Create customized swing set layouts, drawings, and estimates while recommending features and accessories that bring each customer's vision to life.
Coordinate the ordering, payment, delivery, and follow-up process to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, Five-Star experience from start to finish.
Communicate with customers throughout the sales process, answering questions, making design updates, and providing timely solutions.
Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and support a seamless customer experience.
Represent King Swings with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to Christian values while helping families confidently invest in premium outdoor play equipment.
