About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments, and complete sales and design training is provided, making prior experience unnecessary. The position offers a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses, and features a hybrid remote setup with a flexible schedule. You will receive 16 weeks of paid sales training and ongoing mentorship, with pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients. There is no cold calling required, and you will work close to home. The company fosters an open-door policy with Sales Managers.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
