About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments with clients close to your home. Complete sales and design training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Top performers can earn between $65,000 and $95,000, including commission and bonus, with a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonus. This is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule, including 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship. You will be provided with leads and marketing materials, and will not be required to make cold calls. The role involves building rapport with customers, assessing their needs, educating them on products and services, and utilizing sales training and communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
