About The Position

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them from discovery to purchase. You'll focus on creating tailored design solutions and generating leads through Facebook Marketplace and community groups. You'll follow our structured sales process to understand each customer's needs and design solutions that balance features and budget.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Rapport-building abilities
  • Proven ability to overcome objections, create urgency, and close sales
  • Comfortable with structured procedures for lead management and sales
  • Social media content creation skills, particularly on Facebook Marketplace
  • Customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers, build rapport, and guide them through our process using discovery questions.
  • Handle leads from various sources-walk-ins, online inquiries, and CRM follow-ups.
  • Actively post on Facebook Marketplace and community groups to drive store traffic.
  • Use established sales procedures to uncover customer motivations, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Convert all in-store visits into CRM leads and capture essential information.
  • Aim to close at least 50% of encounters, build value, and create urgency.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, create content, and drive foot traffic.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction, request reviews, and ask for referrals.
