About The Position

Our Design Consultants work directly with clients in their homes or in our showroom through pre-scheduled appointments. This is a consultative sales + interior design role where you will create custom storage solutions and deliver a premium customer experience from concept to installation. California Closets started the industry nearly 50 years ago, and today we are still the leader and best at what we do! We specialize in delivering a great product and an even better experience with the best Design skills and expert installers to deliver the finished product. We help our Clients focus on what matters most in their lives. We are locally owned and operated and serve the Gulf and Emerald Coasts.

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech savvy – ability to learn proprietary CAD design and other software
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Full-time availability, includes some evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, interior design, home improvement, home organization professional, or related field
Strong consultative sales and closing skills
Ability to build rapport and develop relationships quickly
Highly organized with excellent time management
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
