We are currently seeking In-Home Sales Professionals in the Greater Detroit Metro market.
Our average Design Consultants make anywhere between $152,000 - $350,000/year with our uncapped bonus and commission structure.
This role is made for new business hunters and professional closers – individuals who have made it to the top in their industry and looking to increase their earning potential by taking the next step.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communications skills
• Ability and desire to be coached
• An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude
• Effective closing skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to run evening and Saturday appointments

Responsibilities

• Run 1-3 Prescheduled appointments per day
• Follow proven 10-step sales process
• Become a home remodeling design expert
• Build rapport and value by providing a masterful presentation to our clients
