About The Position

Closet Factory, an industry leader for over 40 years, is seeking elite Sales & Design Consultants to join their team in the Greater Seattle market. This role involves transforming lives by designing custom home offices, garage cabinetry, sleek pantries, and luxury wall beds. The position offers total flexibility to manage your own schedule and provides pre-qualified appointments and training. The territory covers the area from Bellingham to Olympia.

Requirements

2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales experience.
Experience in a 100% commission environment and accountability for results.
Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
Reliable transportation for travel to appointments.
Must have relevant in-home sales experience on resume.

Nice To Haves

Background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
A network of builders, architects, or designers.
