This role involves designing and selling custom home offices, garage cabinetry, pantries, and wall beds. The position offers significant flexibility in scheduling and provides pre-qualified appointments and comprehensive training. The company emphasizes a performance-driven, commission-based compensation structure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales experience.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission environment and taking accountability for results.
• Proficient with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to appointments.
• Demonstrated drive, organization, and persuasiveness.

Nice To Haves

• Background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
• Existing network of builders, architects, or designers.

Responsibilities
