About The Position

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organization systems — including closets, home offices, garages, and more. We’re growing fast across North New Jersey and looking for creative, motivated people to join our team! As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners to design and sell custom organization solutions. We provide pre-set appointments — no cold calling! You’ll help clients bring order and style to their homes while earning great income.

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive, and motivated personality
• Creative problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow our proven process
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Meet with new and repeat clients
• Build rapport and assess home organization needs
• Design custom solutions using our easy-to-learn process
• Present products and close sales
• Follow up to ensure a great customer experience
