About The Position

Inspired Closets Rhode Island is seeking a high-performing Sales & Design Consultant to establish their brand in Connecticut and parts of Rhode Island. This is a 'hunter' role for a sales professional who utilizes design to solve problems and close deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based culture and has a passion for home improvement.

Requirements

  • In-Home Sales Experience: Required
  • Sales Background: 2–5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
  • A self-starter who is comfortable self-sourcing leads
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Design Savvy: A passion for organization and aesthetics (design software experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell high-end custom storage solutions
  • Manage company-provided leads while proactively networking to grow your territory
  • Own the sales process from the first design sketch to the final contract signing
  • Stay ahead of design trends and educate homeowners on the premium product line
