Requirements

2+ years of retail sales
Basic computer skills
A competitive spirit and genuine passion for sales and design
High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with people easily
A positive, can-do attitude and confidence in overcoming objections
Self-motivation and the discipline to thrive in a goal-driven environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting

Responsibilities

Help customers turn their houses into homes while meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
Build lasting relationships by delivering a welcoming and personalized shopping experience
Confidently guide guests through financing and protection plan options to support their needs
Contribute to a positive store atmosphere by keeping the environment clean, safe, and enjoyable
Stay connected with customers using CRM tools for follow-ups and ongoing support
Be available when our customers need you most—including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Participate in occasional local travel for training and professional growth opportunities
