About The Position

Park Place Dealerships, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring customers have a seamless and exceptional purchase experience. The Sales Assistant will work directly with sales associates and managers, schedule appointments, interact with customers and financial institutions, manage data entry and reporting, and coordinate with the service department for after-market product processing and compliance. A professional demeanor, adherence to dealership dress code, and respectful treatment of colleagues are expected. Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug screen).

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for customers.
  • Work directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
  • Enter data into the computer.
  • Create and generate reports as needed or requested.
  • Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
  • Work with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
  • Work with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Follow up on any necessary paperwork to complete deals.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the dealership dress code.
  • Treat all co-workers professionally and with respect.
