About The Position
The Sales Delivery Coordinator supports vehicle purchasing and dealer transfers while ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer delivery experience. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle transfers, completing required paperwork, assisting customers with vehicle technology setup such as OnStar and SiriusXM, demonstrating vehicle features, providing post-sale customer support, and resolving customer concerns. The position also focuses on delivering excellent customer service, improving satisfaction outcomes, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
