Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drives
Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate
Manage the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle understanding
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM tools
Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
