About The Position

The Direct Distribution Associate supports daily customer shipments while providing a high level of service to customers, distributors, retailers, and the sales team. This role coordinates and monitors orders, maintains accurate customer and shipment data, resolves issues, and communicates with internal and external partners to ensure orders and commitments are completed accurately and on time. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1 -3 years of clerical experience
PC skills including data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet creation/modification
Excellent customer service skills including a positive attitude, good communication, time management, and a high level of accuracy
Work well with team members, customers, and vendors

Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on daily customer orders and shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Verify and approve daily buyback shipments through the Supplier Web Portal.
Provide responsive customer service and support to customers, distributors, retailers, and the sales team.
Create, track, and resolve customer and order-related issues through Zendesk.
Maintain accurate customer, product, sourcing, and retailer information within company systems.
Track order activity, dealer changes, participation, inventory, and promotional programs.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to direct distribution activities.
Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
