About The Position

Xico Lighting, a 3LED brand, is an innovative architectural lighting manufacturer focused on creating elegant high-performance linear lighting systems for commercial and institutional environments. Our products combine thoughtful industrial design, advanced optical technology and precision engineering to deliver exceptional lighting solutions. We are seeking an Inside Sales Customer Support Coordinator to manage pre- and post-sale workflows for our architectural sales agents and customers. This execution-focused, process-driven role serves as the central link between sales agents, customers, and internal manufacturing teams. You will ensure quotations, orders, delivery details, and post-sale requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales support, order processing, or administrative roles.
• Comfortable working within CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a track record of data accuracy.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Proactive, organized self-starter capable of juggling multiple tasks across different internal departments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in lighting, electrical products, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate quotations using approved price books, configurations, and product codes.
• Create and track sales opportunities in Salesforce, delivering prompt quotes and follow-ups to agents.
• Assist sales agents with quote revisions, product options, and technical clarifications by coordinating with internal teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for agents and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and Estimated Ship Dates (ESDs).
• Review purchase orders for accuracy to ensure seamless production processing.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping to resolve post-sale issues, including shipment discrepancies, replacement parts, and lead time updates.
• Maintain clean, organized Salesforce records, ensuring all quotes, POs, and correspondence follow company naming conventions.
• Keep sales documentation, quoting templates, and pricing tools up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to sales management and customer service teams.
