Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field
Responsibilities
- Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love
- Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community
- Manage customer accounts and payment collections by phone and including field visits
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup
- Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom
- Maintain attractive showroom displays
- Help customers resolve issues and find solutions
- Load and unload merchandise
- Support daily store operations and team goals
