This is a full-time, year-round position for a tenacious, driven, friendly, outgoing, and ambitious Sales Associate. The role involves driving growth and profitability at a car wash site by welcoming guests and converting retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members. - Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
- Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
- Sets a positive example promoting teamwork
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club
- Lead the charge of our companies core values and strengthen the team around them
