  • Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player who contributes to a positive work culture
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
  • Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast-paced system
  • Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detail
  • Maintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts
  • Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
