This is a full-time, long-term position for a Sales/Customer Service Associate. The company is a rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey seeking an associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. The ideal candidate will be able to welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members, and maintain a high degree of engagement and morale. Responsibilities

• Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
• Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
• Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
