About The Position

Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Assistant 2nd Shift. We call our sales force "Perceptionist's", and the job is one of the most important parts of our business. A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our client’s businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment and become experts in multiple industries. We’re looking for team members with a passion for creating positive first impressions, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business. We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position. Must have your own computer to use at the beginning. Please include your email with your resume. Must have high speed internet. We are based in the United States. We do not hire internationally at this time. This is a work from home position. Candidates should be adaptable and have a commitment to sales & customer service excellence. Successful candidates value positive and healthy relationships and will have a growth mindset and demonstrate high work standards. Key success factors include the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge and collaborate in a team environment. S/he must be resilient and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals.
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have your own computer to use at the beginning.
• Must have high speed internet.

Nice To Haves

• Office experience in the following industries is a plus - Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman are a PLUS.
