About The Position

The Sales Coordinator for Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials plays a vital role in supporting the outside sales team and delivering exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring seamless coordination between outside sales, customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to type 40–50 WPM
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Superior organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to present oneself and communicate both orally and in writing in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all times with customers and all levels of employees
• Self-directed and motivated to continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures
• Ability to demonstrate patterns of positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Oracle experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Enter new project quotations
• Setting up new sales orders
• Pricing updates
• Generating and sending sales reports daily, weekly and monthly
• Provide internal support between Sales, Customer Service and Credit
• Review customer accounts and initiate credit/rebills as necessary
• Collect job information sheets and related tax documents
• Help initiate customer credit application process
