Job Summary: Perfecto is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Coordinator will support administrative and transactional functions with the Sales team including the quoting and accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with CRM and ERP systems in data entry tasks, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business or related field or 3 years experience
• 2+ years customer interaction (i.e. sales, customer service)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Ability to work at a fast pace in an evolving environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
• Experience with ERP (i.e. E2, UltiPro) preferred

Responsibilities

• Intake and process request for quotes (RFQ) from customers.
• Process and prepare billing from vendors (Accounts Payable).
• Prepare daily and weekly reporting.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to Sales process.
• Work with the Operations team to evolve systems and processes including testing, design, and other activities.
• Administrative tasks and other duties as assigned in support of the Perfecto Team.
