About The Position

Join our Sales & Catering TEAM and be a driving force in delivering exceptional Guest Services! As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's sales function. Your primary responsibility is to assist Sales and Catering Managers across all aspects of the sales and service processes, striving to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent
Previous administrative assistance experience in hotels or other offices preferred
Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: CI/TY, FSPMS

Nice To Haves

Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
Ensure accurate processing and distribution to relevant departments.
Maintain organized filing systems, log account information, and handle correspondence efficiently to support seamless hotel operations.
Resolve issues related to pricing, menu descriptions, banquet facilities, guarantees, and seating charts.
Monitor and order necessary office supplies.
Process business using sales systems, including mini-hotel creation, booking link creation, rooming list and reservation entry, add changes, cancellations, and confirmation list.
Creation of remittance for group pickup and posting of group loyalty points.
Assist other departments with administrative work.
Ability to assist with the front desk as needed.
Generate reports as needed.
Manage wedding group room blocks, including customer communication and the communication of group details to the operations team.
Other duties as assigned.
Position requires driving and picking up items(guest amenities, sales supplies, etc.)
