About The Position

Aston Carter is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and requests. This role involves coordinating pricing, quotations, product samples, and documentation. The Sales Coordinator will process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery, partnering with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment. The position requires direct communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account inquiries. Additionally, the role will assist with sales forecasting and reporting, investigate order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining accurate customer records in SAP and Excel.

Requirements

Experience with customer order processing and monitoring.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams (manufacturing, planning, logistics, supply chain).
Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
Skills in investigating discrepancies and customer concerns.
Proficiency in tracking KPIs and maintaining customer records.
