(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple categories of business, developing strong relationships between internal and external cross-functional teams, as well as be a key player in driving growth within the full price wholesale business. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the full price businesses at Macy’s and Belk, in addition to supporting capsule initiatives such as Cadillac F1 sold to our partners and distributors.

  • 2+ years of wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of retail math
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel (VLOOK-UPS / PIVOT TABLES) and PowerPoint
  • 7th Online/NuOrder

Responsibilities

  • Sales Tracking and Reporting Analyze weekly selling/reporting and partner with AEs and Planning Partners to gather insights and action plans
  • Maintain and update style hierarchy for accurate KIT reporting accuracy in partnership with AEs
  • Assist in preparing for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Seasonal Business Reviews – data gathering, working on decks (PowerPoint presentation), and pulling images
  • Pre/Post-Market Assist AEs with pre and post market processes as it relates to NuOrder and affinity needs, hatch/fashion cloud assortments, and 7th online order entry and accuracy
  • Manage samples post market to ensure samples of styles purchased are available for style-outs, marketing shoots, ECOM images & other meeting reviews
  • Assist AEs in accurate record post-cut and sold and/or buy confirmation; relay updated buy information to accounts as directed by AEs when necessary
  • In Season Order Management Ensure accuracy in purchase orders – Updating delivery dates and correct style information
  • Review order bulks in system monthly - partner with AEs and Sales Operations to execute adjustments
  • Miscellaneous Monitor in stock/not live products and partner with relevant teams to remedy issues to timely launch of products on MCOM; Track image availability and pass physical samples to studio as needed
  • Meet with visual team on a regular basis to explain initiatives, sales strategies and visual directives
  • Attend all Macy’s product meetings: Strategy session, Color & Concept and Cad/Proto review
  • Manage account needs as related to samples for style outs, strategy meetings, and marketing needs
