About The Position

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer leads into booked sales appointments. You will deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset. You will schedule, confirm, and follow up on Sales appointments efficiently to turn leads into booked calls and satisfied customers. You will maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions. You will collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success.
