You will be responsible for handling orders, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, collaborating with sales teams, and tracking costs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle orders for new, used, and rental equipment, as well as attachments and service work.
  • Track and maintain accurate records for equipment and attachments.
  • Arrange transportation and monitor delivery of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department and Corporate Sales Administration to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales expenses and keep detailed records of repair costs, additional equipment, and timelines for repairs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and delivery on all sales to maintain high customer satisfaction.
