About The Position

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing and managing customer sales orders, pricing conditions, and contracts within SAP with accuracy and efficiency. This role executes daily sales administration activities, including order entry, billing, and master data updates. The Sales Coordinator provides responsive customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience. They also review billing documents for contract pricing compliance and perform credit memo and rebill processing to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and analyzing SAP sales data, generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements
