About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Level Sales Coordinator to join our Front Office team. In this full-time role, you will manage incoming sales inquiries, develop and maintain client accounts, prepare sales proposals, and provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple simultaneous projects. The ideal candidate brings hospitality sales or reservations experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly.
  • They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively
  • Hospitality Sales & Catering, Reservations and Administrative Assistance experience are strongly recommended to succeed in this position
  • Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set daily priorities.
  • Will be required to work weekends and may be required to work holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset

Responsibilities

  • Filter all incoming sales calls and emails, responding or forwarding to the appropriate team member in a timely manner
  • Administrative duties such as creating and managing reports; Coordinating multiple special projects simultaneously; and providing clerical support to the sales team
  • Develop and maintain assigned sales accounts, primarily to include direct online leads, web marketing platforms and minor individual accounts
  • Adhere to established goals and objectives, reporting guidelines consistently, completing all projects assigned in an accurate and thorough manner
  • Organize and track sales activities to maximize results
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner
  • Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions
  • Maintain a clear line of communication on sales commitments to property Operations.
  • This position may also perform other duties assigned by Sales Managers and the Assistant Director of Sales.
