About The Position

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an important contributor to the Local & Regional Consumer Products team, providing critical support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan project management systems. You will serve as the liaison with account executives and business development teams, offering essential support on accounts and business systems. Additionally, you will cultivate professional relationships with both internal teams and external account contacts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support environment.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, problem-solving skills, organizational, multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative, positive team spirit
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Experience building professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission.
  • Manage materials and samples for client presentations, assist in building client presentation collateral display materials.
  • Perform special projects including maintaining customer information, providing clerical support, and organizing meetings.
  • Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal personnel.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, and follow-up techniques.
  • Provide the business team with timely information on clients' requests, insights, and communications.
  • Represent the team with meaningful client interface.
  • Develop client relationships.
  • Coordinate schedules and communications.
  • Attend team meetings to review workflow.
  • Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously (liaison with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Pricing, Labs, Regulatory, QC).
  • Update projects, request and attach price quotations, fragrance descriptions, and customer-specific documentation.
  • Maintain sample tracking system, product bases, product packaging arrivals, and update projects.
  • Prepare samples for shipment, including supporting documentation.
  • Provide necessary shipping and tracking information to customers.
  • Handle brief entry and support, creation of Raw Material Review (RMR) and New Business Order (NBO) documentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production.
  • Provide back-up and administrative support to the larger L&R team.
  • May be responsible for additional tasks based on business needs.
