The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing orders, monitoring inventories, initiating and tracking deliveries, invoicing for new and used equipment and warehouse products, maintaining complete order files, approving vendor invoices, handling vendor payment inquiries, communicating and processing leasing documents, monitoring company forklift fleet inventories, processing credits and re-invoicing equipment, tracking warranty registration and installation, generating reports, ordering supplies and sales literature, and assisting other departments as needed.
