Our Branch Coordinators are often the first and most consistent point of contact for patients and their caregivers. Whether in person or over the phone, you deliver thoughtful, responsive service during moments that truly matter. In this role, you take ownership of the full experience, helping coordinate timely equipment delivery, navigating insurance coverage, and ensuring each patient feels supported every step of the way. This isn’t just about managing logistics. It’s about making sure someone’s recovery journey is smoother because you were there to guide it.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one-year of related work experience
English reading, writing, and speaking skills
At least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center
Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned
