Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related administrative role
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel PMS or CRM software a plus
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate group bookings, corporate accounts, and event inquiries from initial contact through confirmation
• Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and booking reports
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, contracts, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with front desk, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Track sales metrics and assist in generating weekly and monthly performance reports
