About The Position

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering team and help ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's sales function. The role assists Sales and Catering Managers throughout sales and service processes, with the goal of meeting and exceeding guest satisfaction. The position pays $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Previous administrative assistant experience in a hotel or other office.
• Previous experience with hotel property management systems; examples include OPERA and OnQ.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful, engaging, best-in-class service to guests.
• Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, ensuring accurate processing and distribution to relevant departments.
• Maintain organized filing systems, log account information, and manage correspondence to support hotel operations.
• Resolve issues involving pricing, menu descriptions, banquet facilities, guarantees, and seating charts.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Conduct site inspections with potential and existing clients.
