About The Position

The ideal Sales Coordinator will consistently ensure the sales team functions efficiently and systematically. Collaborate closely with our sales team to actively engage clients with our offerings, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. They will meticulously monitor bookings, manage change requests, handle contract renewals, maintain bid lists, and relay customer status updates to the team. Provide administrative assistance to the sales team and coordinate their activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management software.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate documentation and proposals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power industry preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
