The Singer Oceanfront Resort is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and provide exceptional customer service to clients. This dynamic hospitality role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position involves communicating with guests in a friendly, positive manner, meeting or exceeding client needs, and resolving complaints. The Singer Oceanfront Resort is a 223-room oceanfront resort on Singer Island, Florida. Requirements
- Present a professional appearance and confidence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes.
- Hilton PEP experience.
- Delphi experience.
