About The Position

Reporting to the General Managers, the Room Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team for both Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square and Le Germain Hotel Toronto.

Requirements

  • One or two years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of organization, planning and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Act as the primary contact for rooms-only groups—ensuring all group block details are accurate in the PMS, handling rooming lists, setting up billing, and ensuring all preparations are complete
  • Coordinate all signed contracts and ensure proper documentation
  • Follow up on invoicing in collaboration with accounting
  • Serve as the liaison between operations and sales teams, keeping all parties informed of key updates
  • Actively contribute to achieving occupancy goals and sales targets
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales
