Support the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering team in driving guest satisfaction and overall sales success by handling administrative and clerical responsibilities related to client communication, event coordination, group detail management, and internal hotel communication. This role assists in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and operational teams while supporting the day to day functions of the Sales & Catering department at Hotel Savoy Kansas City. The position may also assist with coordinating and servicing smaller group bookings, meetings, and events, as directed by hotel leadership.
