As a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear, the warm welcome that sets the tone for their experience. You’ll: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm Schedule appointments for in house consultations for our Comfort Specialists Offer Administrative duties like entering appointment and customer information, message taking, typing letters and proposals, creating spreadsheets, and contacting customers. Delivery Coordination/Freight Release Procedures/Notification Process Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same
