We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Savannah property. Assist the Director of Event Technology with day-to-day hotel sales and operations. Ensure that all the levels of service and standards are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.

Requirements

  • Previous audiovisual work experience is recommended
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, work a flexible schedule (includes weekends and holidays), be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high-quality service
  • The ability to work with many different types of people on different levels

Responsibilities

  • Attend Daily BEO Meetings and update Radar with any revisions as needed
  • Coordinate all Audio Visual details, including creating orders in Radar, building proposals, forwarding approvals to the end client, etc, on assigned groups.
  • Attend Site Visits as needed on behalf of the Director of Event Technology.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales and Event teams.
  • Assist with AV sets and tech duties as needed
  • Ensure rooms are set to specification and the client is communicated to on an as-needed basis.
