Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry of sales quotes, basic estimating and document management
- Assist with sales activities such as order processing, follow-up, and customer inquiries
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and company growth objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
