Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry of sales quotes, basic estimating and document management
Assist with sales activities such as order processing, follow-up, and customer inquiries
Maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
Support the team in achieving sales targets and company growth objectives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
