About The Position

As Sale Co-Ordinator you will work with Sales management, Commercial Leads, China Merchandising, retailer teams and our systems to help ZURU achieve its yearly objectives. Your Impact · You will be a problem solver, helping the sales team improve our “day to day” retailer relationships. · You will be an important cross-functional teammate by working with our Commercial leads, Marketing team and China Merchandisers. · You will learn ZURU’s systems and the retailer systems to support performance reporting, feature execution, and digital growth. · You will champion Showroom excellence ensuring we are visitor ready everyday of the year.

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales support experience.
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT.
  • Highly efficient and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the day
  • US work permit required
  • this is a full-time position based onsite in our Bentonville, AR

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Use the ZURU financial software tools and/or develop spreadsheets to support all aspects of the strategic business planning and account management with the ZURU National/Key account managers.
  • Help develop persuasive Sales power point presentations.
  • Utilize Excel to develop compelling data driven insights
  • Daily communication with Commercial Leads to highlight Walmart Sales performance
  • Use ZURU tools to develop planograms in partnership with National/Key Account managers
  • Assist in identifying work process improvements that results in increased productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales team in a fast paced environment
