Basic Job Functions: Vulcraft-Nebraska is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Sales Coordinator at our Vulcraft Nebraska Plant located in Norfolk, NE or Vulcraft Sales Office located in Overland Park, KS. This position will provide sales support to our external Sales Office(s) in a variety of functions including: Take care of our customers Effectively communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email Efficiently manage bid documents and procedures for the team to produce job bids Facilitate purchase order documentation and correspondence Manage Out of Territory quotes for Vulcraft Sales Office(s) Active participant in all sales meetings Other tasks as assigned by Manager Must be willing and able to travel to Vulcraft Nebraska Sales Offices for week-long periods Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using SAP software or other ERP system
  • Experience in the steel industry
  • Associates degree or higher in business administration, marketing or related field
