About The Position

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating customer activities, managing sales-related processes, and ensuring accurate execution of promotions, orders, and commercial initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and customers to help drive revenue growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure Mini Melts USA products are executed to brand standards. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting sales performance through organization, communication, and attention to detail while upholding Mini Melts USA’s quality, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear documentation
  • Customer-focused mindset with prior experience in sales support, customer service, or retail environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and willingness to learn internal sales tools and processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a desire to grow within a sales organization
  • High School Diploma or GED required; secondary education beyond high school preferred
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, retail, or administrative support preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and competitive, results-driven attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by coordinating customer orders, promotions, and sales activities to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to generate accurate product orders and support assigned account needs
  • Assist in the execution of new product launches, promotions, merchandising, and commercial plans in alignment with company initiatives
  • Track, organize, and distribute point-of-sale materials, marketing assets, and promotional information as needed
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and customer records to support revenue, volume, and gross profit goals
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups, fostering strong business relationships
  • Monitor and communicate competitive activity, market trends, pricing changes, or customer feedback that may impact the business
  • Coordinate with Operations and Field teams to ensure proper product placement, inventory flow, and execution standards
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards
