About The Position

Storable is seeking a Sales Coordinator to help us further grow our customer base, maintain data quality in our CRM, and support the GTM organization on special initiatives. Candidates for this role will be expected to update, verify, and maintain data for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities on an on-going basis, route inbound leads according to rules of engagement, and provide sales support on projects and initiatives including assisting with reports, documents and communications.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred with 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support role or inside sales environment OR High School Diploma required with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in sales support role or inside sales environment.
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of CRM (preferably salesforce.com)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Time-management skills and motivation to constantly push yourself to do better in a remote environment.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, trust yourself to make the right call in the moment, and can calmly develop best practices as you go
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks in order to scale systems and processes across larger teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide general sales operations support on projects and initiatives
  • Route inbound leads according to sales rules of engagement
  • Adhere to lead queue SLA’s
  • Maintains CRM data on an on-going basis.
  • Partners with sales teams to ensure that account information is current and accurate.
  • Partners with customer success teams to support platform changes and various customer inquiries
  • Create and maintain Sales Coordinator and BDR documentation
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as call reports, account transitions, performance tracking.
  • Define list of targeted organizations and industries to support marketing efforts and new market campaigns.
  • Provides targeted industry research for sales teams by utilizing internal databases, Salesforce and the Internet.
  • Any other tasks as requested.
